Navarra Boosts Investment and Rental Accessibility with New Tax Benefits

13 de November de 2024

The Government of Navarra has approved a
range of tax benefits aimed at boosting investment, supporting local
businesses, and enhancing access to rental housing. These measures include
deductions for companies that create stable jobs, incentives for innovation and
sustainability projects, and tax breaks for small and medium-sized enterprises
looking to modernize their operations.

One of the key highlights of this
legislation is its focus on rental housing. To increase the availability of
affordable rental properties, Navarra offers up to a 90% reduction on net
rental income for landlords who list their properties with Nasuvinsa, the
region’s public rental management service, particularly in high-demand areas.
This policy is designed to ease the pressure on the housing market and provide
more accessible rental options for residents.
These measures are part of Navarra’s
broader strategic plan to support economic growth and social commitment,
positioning the region as an attractive destination for talent and investment
while improving the quality of life for its citizens.
