COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST

Functions

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and generating leads. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industries, and markets for our industrial design services. • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase our capabilities and solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product design, engineering, and marketing, to gather technical information, pricing, and proposals for customers. • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and pricing estimates to potential clients, tailored to their specific needs and requirements. • Negotiate with customers on pricing, contract terms, and other commercial aspects to close sales deals. • Provide ongoing technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing post-sales support. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor and point of contact for customers. • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to provide accurate and up-to-date technical information to customers. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our industrial design services. • Collaborate with our commercial delegation in Slovenia and Italy, providing technical support and assisting with business development efforts in the region.

Requirements

– Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role, preferably in the industrial design, engineering, or manufacturing industry. – Ideally with technical knowledge and understanding of industrial design concepts and processes. – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. – Strong negotiation and sales skills. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills. – Ideally, knowledge of digital marketing and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. – Willingness to travel ocassionally and work with international clients and teams. – Fluent in preparing attractive commercial presentations is a plus.

Training

– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International business or engineering.

Languages

– Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
