Functions

Leading company in the distribution of proximity channels in Europe needs to incorporate to its team located in the region of Pamplona a person who will occupy the position of RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY AREA. Reporting to the Management of the Commercial and Quality Department, you will be the person responsible for managing and supervising the company’s customer service (SAC), ensuring that quality and efficiency standards are met. Main functions: – Management and resolution of incidents received from the rest of the network regarding deliveries made by customers in Pamplona. – Attention, management, follow-up and resolution of deliveries, claims and complaints made by customers. – Management of collection, return or delivery orders requested by Pamplona customers to be carried out in other branches of the network. – Analysis of the fulfilment and quality of the service provided to customers. – Management of charges and financial claims received from customers. – Reporting and informing the sales manager and company management of any incidents that may occur with customers. – Ensure compliance with the quality standards implemented by the company. – To lead the compliance and administrative development of the quality processes. – Pursue the challenge of continuous improvement of the company. – Ensure and compliance with group certifications. Objectives of the position: – To achieve full customer satisfaction. – Establish and monitor customer service and continuous improvement indicators.

Requirements

Intermediate or higher degree in business administration, marketing, communication, logistics or similar. Training in quality: ISO9001, ISO22000 and GDP’s (Good Distribution Practice) will be an asset. Experience in the use of technological tools
