ICT Project Manager

Functions

– Manage technological demands from different departments, prioritising needs and estimating feasibility. – Plan and supervise projects, ensuring their evolution and compatibility with the technological environment. – Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (infrastructure, development, support, etc.). – Designing conceptual models, test plans and technical schemes. – Participate in cross-functional groups to coordinate team activities.

Requirements

– Experience: At least 2 years in ICT project management. – Education: Advanced Vocational Training in areas related to ICT. – Technical skills: Ability to identify functional and technical requirements. Knowledge of technological design and planning. – Personal skills: Leadership and ability to motivate teams. Oral and written communication skills. Negotiation and delegation skills. Customer orientation and commercial skills.

Training

– Advanced Vocational Training and/or University Degree. – ITIL, PMP certifications (desirable).

– Planning and monitoring of the work to achieve the established scope with the agreed resources. – Technical responsibility for the products implemented. – Evolution of the products. – Compatibility with the entire execution environment described in the Government of Navarre’s Technological Scenario. – Interoperability of the information systems. – Collaboration in the operation and support of the products.
