Technical Sales Representative

Functions

To carry out and implement proposals developed by the position holder, once approved by the Commercial Management, including objectives, sales forecasts, action plans, and the collection and assessment of ideas for R&D&I, all within the strategic framework defined by the company.

Requirements

Preferred Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge of machinery operation (engines, transmission systems, pumps, etc.) Technical knowledge of food processing lines CRM systems COMPETENCIES: Product development skills Global vision, aligned with strategic lines, objectives, and values Customer-focused mindset: committed to both internal and external customer satisfaction Teamwork with shared leadership Autonomy and agility in decision-making Executive leadership VALUES: Transparency: Speak openly and honestly Address and resolve issues within work teams Practice active listening and provide constructive feedback Ask for and offer help Value others and give recognition

Training

Minimum Requirements: Higher Education Degree Proficient in office software (user level) Ideal Qualifications: Engineering degree or university degree

Languages: English (C1 or C2) Additional languages: French and others

Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales
