WHAT IS NAVARRA TALENT?
It is a platform with which the Government of Navarra seeks to channel the coverage of the talent needs of Navarre’s companies through an international approach.
This tool was created with the objective of covering the needs detected by the business sector of Navarra and is the basis of the recruitment plan, which consists of an on-line international marketing plan that complements and reinforces other initiatives of the Government of Navarra in the field of R+D+i and the return of Navarrese people living abroad.
Navarra Talent will be promoted internationally in different phases in Europe, the United States, Mexico, India and China. Marketing and recruitment campaigns adapted to the circumstances of each market and by sectors of specialization of the S4 will be carried out in the prioritized countries of the aforementioned continents.
IS NAVARRA TALENT A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY?
No, it is a public initiative to help companies and organizations located in the Autonomous Community of Navarre to attract talent.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO REGISTER AS A COMPANY?
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO REGISTER AS A TALENT?
CAN I SEE ALL THE USERS REGISTERED ON THE PLATFORM OR ONLY THOSE WHO APPLY TO MY OFFER?
The company can only see the talents registered to its offers and those talents who have given permission for their data to be displayed.
DO I HAVE ACCESS TO A CV OR ONLY TO THE DATA THAT USERS HAVE ENTERED ON THE PLATFORM?
At the moment, the company only has access to the data that the talents have uploaded to Navarra Talent. They have the option to allow the company to see their CV on Linkedin, but this is only optional.
We are working on improving the platform, so that companies can review as much information as possible about the people registered for their offers.
CAN I INCLUDE A LINK TO MY COMPANY'S ATS TO DIRECTLY ADD THE CVS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES?
This option is not enabled at the moment, it is under evaluation.
DOES MY OFFER HAVE TO BE VALIDATED BY THE PLATFORM?
Bids do not currently have to be validated, but will be reviewed after
DO USERS RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN THE COMPANY HAS REVIEWED THEIR CV?
Not at the moment, but we are working to ensure that talents receive a message if the company selects their resume.
CAN ANY COMPANY THAT IS REGISTERED ON THE PLATFORM SEE MY RESUME?
No, the company only has access to the data of professionals if they have registered for their job offers or if they have given permission for the data to be displayed publicly.
DOES MY REGISTRATION HAVE TO BE VALIDATED BY THE PLATFORM?
Currently, you only have to confirm your account with an email that you receive when you register.
IS IT IMPORTANT TO ENTER ALL THE INFORMATION IN MY RESUME?
Yes, the more complete the information about your experience, training, skills, preferences, etc., the easier it will be for the company to assess whether your application meets their needs.
DO PROFESSIONALS RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN THE COMPANY HAS REVIEWED THEIR CV?
Not at the moment, but we are working to ensure that talents receive a message if the company selects their resume
IS THERE ANY COST FOR THE ORGANIZATION TO REGISTER WITH NAVARRA TALENT?
The service is completely free of charge.

Yes, all data is protected through different security and information processing tools.
IS THE INFORMATION I ENTER ABOUT MY CURRICULUM IN THE PLATFORM CONFIDENTIAL?
