Reporting to the Management of the Commercial and Quality Department, you will be the person responsible for managing and supervising the company’s customer service (SAC), ensuring that quality and efficiency standards are met.
Main functions:
– Management and resolution of incidents received from the rest of the network regarding deliveries made by customers in Pamplona.

The offer:
We are looking to incorporate a person to carry out research work at the Institute of Biodiversity and Environment BIOMA of the University of Navarra. We are looking for someone with a relevant research profile who can work and lead the research line on Emerging Pollutants and Ecotoxicity.
The candidate will join the Integrated Laboratory of Environmental Quality whose research lines focus on the study of environmental pollution (Atmospheric, Chemical, Water and Soil) and its impact on health and ecosystems (mainly forests). However, given the transversal profile of this field of knowledge, the candidate is expected to establish collaborations with other research groups of the Institute, such as Environmental Toxicology, Water Treatment or Agricultural Chemistry and Biology.

The Institute develops its activity in four main areas : Biodiversity and Natural Wealth, Environmental Quality and Health (One Health), Sustainable Agriculture and Agroecology and Environmental Sustainability and Circularity.
The group he will join has a long experience in projects assessing the exposure and effects of pollutants on human health and the natural environment, in different environmental spheres. The Institute also has state-of-the-art analytical equipment that will allow the development of research projects in this line of work.

We are looking to incorporate a person to carry out research work at the Institute of Biodiversity and Environment BIOMA of the University of Navarra.
We are looking for someone with a relevant research profile working in the research line on Biogeochemical Cycles and Environmental Health. Your work will be carried out in the research areas of Environmental Quality and Health (One Health) and Sustainable Agriculture and Agroecology, focused on the study of environmental pollution (atmospheric, chemical, water and soil) and its influence on human health and on agricultural and forest ecosystems.
Description of the team/work group/project:
The research group that the researcher will join has a solid track record in the study of biogeochemical processes and their relationship with environmental sustainability. Its lines of work cover the dynamics of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus cycles in agricultural and forest soils, as well as the interaction of these cycles with climate change and environmental pollution. The team actively collaborates with international research networks and works closely with the agricultural and forestry sector to design innovative strategies for environmental sustainability and climate change mitigation.
