Mine Operations Manager (Junior)

-Organise and carry out mine operations within the framework of the authorised exploitation project. – Programming the work to be carried out in the mine after coordination with the factory regarding the needs of the ore. – Review, supervision and management of personnel. Calendars, shifts, work plans, among others. – Monitoring of ore quality in order to correct deviations. – Coordination of the work of the ‘Restoration Plan’, programming the tasks to be carried out with own personnel or subcontractors. – Drawing up the maintenance plan for machinery and installations. – Verification that the entire production process of the mine complies with Environmental, Quality and Risk Prevention regulations.
