Back Office Comercial

MAGOTTEAUX, an important industrial company in Navarra, a world leader in its activity and belonging to a Multinational Group with a global presence, needs a person to fill this position for the Europe Business Unit. Reporting to the Commercial Management, he/she will join the team of the Department to support in the attention to international customers, in the Italian market, and to give internal support to the commercial team in the management and follow-up of offers, management and delivery of orders, resolution of incidents and invoicing. Main Responsibilities and Functions: – Provide support to the sales team in the preparation, management and monitoring of offers. – Manage and follow up orders, from their reception to their dispatch and delivery to the client, processing the necessary documentation and coordinating internally with other departments. – Supporting in the realization and control of invoicing, following up on deadlines, conditions… – The position will be responsible for updating databases, preparing reports, presentations and other administrative tasks in support of the commercial area.
