ATICA REDEX Group, an important purchasing centre that brings together and provides specialised services to a large number of companies dedicated to the sale and distribution of industrial machinery (agricultural, livestock, construction, etc.), with international headquarters in France and China, needs to recruit a person to fill this position. As part of the management team, and reporting directly to the General Management, he/she is responsible for developing the business through the promotion and management of projects for new industrial machinery products, for their introduction in the agricultural, construction and other markets. Main Responsibilities and Functions – Works closely with the general management to identify new lines of business, analysing market and customer/partner needs in relation to new machinery for the agricultural and livestock sectors, construction, as well as conservation and maintenance of buildings and infrastructures. – Assesses business opportunities prior to the launch of each new project, analysing investments, profitability, sales plans, etc. in order to promote new industrial equipment projects with business criteria and vision. – Identifies and contacts external suppliers for the design and development of new machinery, organising and negotiating conditions and deadlines, and establishing relationships of trust with collaborating companies. – Manages and coordinates each new product project, controlling and monitoring plans, objectives and results. – He coordinates internally and works closely with Marketing and Sales for the launch and introduction of new products in the market, ensuring compliance with business plans.
