Head of Projects – Project Manager

COSMOS XXI Group, an international group present in three continents, technological leader in innovation in the development and manufacture of components for the automotive sector and reference supplier of the main brands, for its process of development and consolidation of its business units, incorporates a Project Manager in its plant in AOIZ (Navarra). Reporting to the Engineering Director, he/she will be responsible for the planning, management and correct execution of the different manufacturing projects of new products assigned to him/her, coordinating the activities of the project, as well as the multidisciplinary team, managing and responding to external clients. Main Responsibilities and Functions: – You will plan the development of projects ensuring an adequate definition of the scope, execution time and costs associated with the projects, in line with the client’s expectations. – You will perform a comprehensive management of the different projects assigned in terms of control and compliance with deadlines, costs and quality of execution in accordance with established standards. – You will coordinate the team of people involved in the different projects and integrate their functions and responsibilities both nationally and internationally. – You will be responsible for maintaining continuous communication with the client and will be the main interlocutor throughout the project. – He/she will manage the purchase and supply of components, as well as the development of tooling with the different suppliers for the development of the projects. – In coordination with the rest of the Group’s departments, he/she will ensure the availability of the necessary resources to provide coverage for each project at all times. – You will monitor and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications, controlling compliance with KPIs, possible deviations and managing risks. – You will make client presentations and identify potential business opportunities.
