Functions

MAGOTTEAUX, an important industrial company in Navarra, with a plant in Urdiain, belonging to a Multinational Group with a global presence and world leader in its activity, needs a person to fill this position for the South Europe Business Unit. Reporting to the Commercial Management of the Business Unit, located in Navarra, you will be responsible for the commercial management of French-speaking Africa (North Africa), in the BMA Business Unit, for the Aggregates, Cements and Mining Market, carrying out the commercial plans for the maintenance and development of the business, collaborating closely in the implementation of the company’s market strategies and sales policies. Main Responsibilities and Functions: – Works and collaborates with the Commercial Management in the establishment of strategies and commercial plans to maintain the current important positioning and favour growth, as well as in the analysis of the evolution of indicators and results, following up and redefining actions. – Market prospecting and active commercial action with visits, attendance at trade fairs, etc., maintaining current good relations and agreements with agents and clients, and detecting new needs and opening up new clients, in order to improve positioning and sales. – It presents specific technical and economic proposals and closes agreements, establishing long-term relationships of trust with each account. Internally proposes adjustments and improvements for clients, collaborating internally with the technical departments. – He is responsible for the accounts, as well as the trusted reference, following up and maintaining a continuous direct relationship, resolving and coordinating the necessary support with the technical departments, achieving a high degree of satisfaction. – He gives support and collaborates closely with the European Commercial Management in the Cement Market, as well as in other actions and developments of the Department. Requirements

– Technical Degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering. Specific complementary training in Commercial Management will be an asset. – Commercial experience in the industrial sector, with 2-3 years as account manager and technical interlocutor. Experience in the industrial machinery sector, construction, etc. would be an advantage. – Fluent French, English is an asset. – ERP management. – Willingness to travel (25%).

Training

Technical Degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering. Specific complementary training in Commercial Management will be an asset.

Languages

Fluent French, English is an asset.

Experience

Commercial experience in the industrial sector, with 2-3 years as account manager and technical interlocutor. A background in the industrial machinery sector, construction, etc. would be an advantage.
