Production/Maintenance Technician

MISSION Management and programming of complex production means, complying with the work standards and achieving the target safety, quality and productivity ratios. WHAT YOU WILL DO… Within the Embega Value Chain department (Embega – Embega), you will join the production team to carry out the following functions: – Production: Manage complex production means (robots, CNCs, laser, anodising lines, assembly lines, screen printing lines…) to obtain productions that meet quality and productivity standards. – Industrialisation of new projects and start-up: Programming and managing production resources to obtain prototypes and pre-series of new references. – Continuous improvement: Propose and execute process improvements that make us more competitive. – Maintenance: To carry out preventive and reactive maintenance, as well as to participate in the improvement of the definition of preventive maintenance and the start-up of new installations. – Quality: Carry out the final control of products and participate in the definition and improvement of inspection standards.
