We are currently seeking support staff to assist with the economic and administrative management of our company and R&D projects. This role is vital in ensuring that our startup and research are managed effectively and efficiently and requires close collaboration with our CEO, CTO, and R&D team at Genbioma. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our company’s growth and internationalization. • Support in general economic and administrative tasks, R&D projects, awards, and events. • Financial accounting, treasury, and monthly budget control. • Economic justification of R&D grants and loans: processing in applications, provision of invoices and payments, personal expenses, deeds, certificates, etc. • Prospecting of R&D expenditure projections for the company’s financing and investment planning. • Processing of accounting audits, R&D project audits and insurance. • Investment round and DUE Diligence. • Human Resources support activities in personnel management.

• Degree in Business Administration or Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biology, Biotechnology, etc.) with an MBA/Master in Business Administration.


English: Fluent – minimum level C1.


At least 2 years of experience in the functions described above. • Proven experience in financial and budgetary accounting of R&D projects. • Proven experience in controlling and managing costs and expenses to justify R&D projects.
