R&D PROJECT/PROPOSAL MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced R&D Project/Proposal Manager to join our company. The candidate will plan, implement, and coordinate scientific projects within the established budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The candidate will be expected to interact closely with lab members, trainees, faculty, and institutional leadership across the EU and numerous external consortia. Previous experience managing R&D projects and writing proposals for public funding is required. This includes identifying funding opportunities, preparing proposals, and submitting them to funding agencies. Knowledge of public funding processes at the regional (Navarra), state, and European levels is required, including navigating funding agency websites, understanding funding requirements, and meeting proposal submission deadlines. • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, coordinating, and writing research and innovation proposals while adhering to strict deadlines. • Additionally, you will be tasked with streamlining project administrative work, which includes establishing quotes and contracts and compiling all project documentation. • You will be the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team. • Other responsibilities include attending conferences and competitions, contributing to marketing and related events, and occasionally travelling.
