MISSION You will have maximum responsibility for Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance of the three Business Units of our company: – Aesthetic Metal Components – Printed sealing gaskets – Flexible / Functional Electronics You will be part of the Board of Directors, reporting to the General Manager. You will have maximum Industrial responsibility, representing the cooperative in this area in the Mondragon Forums and in front of third parties. WHAT WILL YOU DO… As a member of the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the following areas: – Production scheduling and execution – Responsible for internal efficiency and quality – Development and industrialization of new products – Responsible for the definition and implementation of investment plans – Definition and monitoring of the industrial strategy – Responsible for predictive, preventive and reactive maintenance of equipment and plants – With the support of HR, you will be responsible for the selection, hiring and training of your team – You will collaborate with the Planning/Purchasing Department, the Commercial/R&D Department and the Financial/HR & IT Department, as well as with the General Management and the Quality System function.
