Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in Power Electronics and in the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators and frequency converters, is looking for a HS International Auditor to join the Health & Safety Functional Area team in Sarriguren, Navarra.

DURATION MODALITY CONTRACT: Indefinite term contract
SCHEDULE: Full time with flexible split schedule. From Monday to Thursday 8h and a half working hours, plus lunch time and with flexible entry from 7:00 to 9:30 am. Fridays July and August: continuous working day of 6h, with flexible entry from 7:00 to 9:30 am.

MISSION:
To improve the Health and Safety of the activities executed by Ingeteam in the work centers where it carries out its operations, through the process of on-site inspection, training and detection of new risks. Global Scope.
What would be your functions?
-Perform safety inspections and preventive observations in our own facilities (test laboratories) and those of others (solar plants, wind farms, hydroelectric power plants, ships and shipyards, industry, mines).
-Continuous improvement of safety inspection checklists to adapt them to the activities related to each Ingeteam business or sector.
-Develop and record action plans associated to detected deviations.
-Participate in accident investigations.
-Collaborate in the elaboration of Risk Assessments, when new risks are detected in field inspections
-Collaborate in the creation of contents for training on risks and SSL control measures related to the activities carried out in external work centers (same activities that are audited).
-Coordinate and/or carry out PPE inspections
-Collaboration in the continuous improvement of the related management processes (safety audits, ERs, training…)
