TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

1. Organizer of the draw

The organizing unit for this prize draw is the Government of Navarra’s International Projection Service, with registered office at Calle Emilio Arrieta 8 5ºD and Tax Identification Number (NIF): S3100000C.

2. Purpose of the draw

The purpose of this prize draw is to reward the people registered on the website https://navarratalent.com who have completed their profile with the minimum data required during the promotion period. The minimum data required to be completed are: Name, Surname, Telephone, Email, City, Country and at least, one training course.

3. Geographical scope and participants

This draw is international.

4. Time scope

The promotion period will start on 3 June 2024 and end on 26 June 2024.

5. Participants

Participation is free, voluntary and open to all persons over 18 years of age, registered as users on the website www.navarratalent.com in the ‘Soy Talento’ modality before the date of 3 June 2024, who complete the minimum data required by the website during the promotion period. The draw will not be open to employees of the Government of Navarra’s International Projection Service nor to direct or indirect collaborators who have taken part in the promotion, as well as their first-degree relatives. If such a circumstance arises, the International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra will automatically discard these participations. The International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants or for not being able to contact the participants and/or winners if the data provided are not correct or have errors. The aim of this promotion is to ensure that the competition between the different participants is made with equal opportunities and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. For this reason, the Government of Navarra’s International Projection Service reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude any participant who transgresses the rules of good faith, behaves in a mendacious or inappropriate manner, uses fraudulent means or fails to comply with these bases in any of their ends. In case irregularities are detected after the actual delivery of any of the prizes, the International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra reserves the right to take the appropriate legal actions against the author or person responsible for the prize, including, among others, the return of the prizes.

6. Draw

The prize will consist of two ‘Iberia Gift Cards’ with a balance of 300 euros each, valid for national and international flights. An ‘Iberia Gift Card’ will be given to each of the two winners of the prize. The prize is personal and non-transferable. You can participate only once. The draw will take place if there are, in total, a minimum of 1,000 talent profiles with all minimum data filled in.

7. Mechanics of the promotion

From the first day of the promotion until and including the last day, persons who have filled in the minimum data required on the website www.navarratalent.com will be eligible as winners of the prize draw.

8. Awarding mechanism

A random draw will be carried out through the AppSorteos platform in which two winners will be chosen as follows:

1. The draw will be carried out among all the profiles that were registered before 3 June 2024.
2. Once two possible winners have been selected, it will be checked at the same time as the draw that the profile has filled in all the minimum data required on the website.
3. If all the minimum compulsory fields have not been filled in, the draw will be repeated as many times as necessary until two profiles have filled in all the minimum compulsory fields of the promotion.

9. Contact with the winner

The winners will be announced by an announcement that will be visible on the www.navarratalent.com platform and on the website https://www.planinternacionaldenavarra.es/ . Winners will also be notified via an email sent to their registered email address on the platform. It is the exclusive responsibility of the persons who wish to participate in the draw that the email address registered on the platform is correct. The winner will have to contact the International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra within seven working days from the day after the email is sent to confirm that he/she accepts the prize. In the event that a winner does not reply within the indicated deadline, the International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra reserves the right to appoint new winner(s), following the procedure described in these rules. In the event that these new winner(s) do not reply either, the International Projection Service of the Government of Navarre may declare the prize void.

10. Acceptance of the rules

The simple participation implies the acceptance of these rules in their entirety, so that the manifestation, in the sense of not accepting them, will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence of this, the International Projection Service of the Government of Navarra will be released from the fulfilment of the obligation contracted with the said participant.

11. Personal data

In accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Law, participants are informed that the personal data they provide to participate in the draw will be incorporated and processed in our file in order to facilitate, speed up and fulfil the commitments established between the International Projection Service and the user. If you wish, you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of your data by writing to the data controller at the following e-mail address: planinternacional@navarra.es or info@navarratalent.com . 12. Applicable law and competent courts

The law applicable to this promotional prize draw is the Spanish law, and the competent courts to hear any dispute or controversy are the Courts of the city of Pamplona.
