Mechanical Engineer for After Sales Department

Loxin – Aritex, a world leader in industrial solutions for automated assembly lines and turnkey engineering projects in the aerospace, automotive, renewable energy and other industries, is focused on delivering innovative solutions to our customers. We design, build and install turnkey production systems, tooling, robotic assembly systems and materials handling equipment for our main customers both nationally and internationally. We are currently looking for a person with Mechanical Engineering to join the After-Sales Department. Reporting to the person in charge of the After-Sales business area, your mission will be to collaborate with them by making results profitable, while ensuring customer service and satisfaction. Requirements: – Technical Industrial Engineer or higher with a technical-commercial vocation. – Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage. – Experience required in a similar position for 3 years. Other skills: – Availability – Organisation and planning – Interpersonal sensitivity, motivation of people – Results oriented – Customer orientation – Teamwork – Initiative and creativity – Administrative management Job definition: Collaboration with the person responsible for the Post-Sales business area, making the results profitable, while ensuring customer service and satisfaction. Functions: – Assistance to the customer/project from the beginning of the warranty, until the end of the useful life of the product. (During the warranty together with PM) – Preparing offers, collaborating in the coordination and directing after-sales activities, meeting the objectives set within the deadlines with criteria of profitability and customer satisfaction. – Warranty assistance. You will define the provisions of the project in this concept, together with the PM of the project. – Billable assistance. – Modifications – Telephone support/assistance. – Preventive maintenance actions. – Spare parts – Coordinate with Sales/Management to establish the reference profit margins applicable to each action and issue the offers. – Coordinate with Workshop/Automation to designate the necessary resources for the actions. – To ensure the necessary material resources to carry out the actions with total satisfaction: tools, measuring equipment, safety equipment, etc. – Collaborate with purchasing in the development of suppliers to obtain the necessary services and products with the highest possible profitability. – Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. – To be up to date in the technology of equipment and software and to study the improvement of equipment. – Provide technical advice to the Sales department, for the preparation of offers in terms of the Warranty concept. – Manage and collaborate in the preparation of documentation related to your area.

Requirements

– Technical Industrial Engineer or higher with a technical-commercial vocation. – Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset. – Experience required in a similar position for 3 years.
