Working initially in close collaboration with the current Management Direction, he/she will be in charge of the development of the national market, reactivating the commercial action to increase the presence of Lizaur’s products. Subsequently, he will be able to take over the management and responsibility of the business. Main responsibilities and functions: – To know and analyze the market, the differential of Lizaur’s products against competitors’ products, current and target markets and customers, in order to define the necessary commercial plans and actions to improve the current positioning of the products in Spain. – Carry out the plan, executing all commercial action and field work, visiting current and potential customers to increase business opportunities and grow in the market, introducing the company’s products where it does not have current presence. – Present proposals and negotiate to close deals, establishing trusting and long-term relationships with each account. – To be responsible for the accounts and be a trusted reference, following up and maintaining a relationship with the customer in the sales and after-sales phases, and resolving them to achieve a high degree of satisfaction. – Subsequently, and once the business has been mastered, you will be in charge of its management, directing its growth and development.
